2. Place an order or request a quote

Once you have chosen your awards, simply contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail, or visit us in person - you're welcome any time. 

When you order, we'll need to know the following things:

• Your name and the organisation you represent
• A phone number (mobiles are ok) and an e-mail address if convenient
• Product codes and quantities
• The details you want us to engrave onto your awards
• A time-frame or date by which you would like to receive your order. 
  Most orders can be filled within a week - large orders by arrangement.

As a general rule, we do not offer on-the-spot engraving.  Same-day engraving may be possible, but please contact us first!

Engraving prices are generally extra for products such as trophies, cups, medallions, giftware, etc., and are shown on this website where applicable.  If you're not sure whether pricing shown includes engraving, or you simply want us to provide a quote, please get in touch with us.  Quotations can be provided quickly.

3. Collect your order, or have it delivered

It is always helpful if you ring ahead before arriving to collect your order.  At times we may need to complete orders in the morning of the day they are due.  A quick call to us can save you having to wait or return later in the day.  If your order is required early on the pick-up day, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Information for Specialty Awards & Trophies Customers

Specialty Awards & Trophies (Bayswater) has now closed.  Lifetime Trophies & Engraving is a sister store to Specialty Awards and part of the same parent company.

We understand that the closure of Specialty Awards & Trophies has created a huge hole for prompt, professional and reliable awards supply within the local Bayswater area.  However, with that in mind, Lifetime Trophies & Engraving extends an invitation to all ex-Specialty Awards customers to get in touch to organise a continuation of service and supply.

All artwork and much of the order information gathered by Specialty Awards over the past few years will be accessible on a permanent basis by Lifetime Trophies & Engraving.  So there's no reason why we can't continue to supply awards and trophies for your organisation, especially where previous years' information and artwork is required to simplify the order process.

Lifetime Trophies & Engraving has also recruited staff from Specialty Awards and Trophies who are familiar with the ex-Bayswater customers, so when you call, or come to visit us, there will be someone on hand who can assist you with current and past orders managed by Specialty Awards.

And finally, if our Camberwell location is a bit too "far out" for you to make a visit in person, we are happy to take orders by phone, e-mail and fax, and can make arrangements to have orders delivered directly to your door.

We are happy to supply tax invoices for all customers who were accustomed to this service from Specialty Awards.
