Artwork Information

We use electronic printing and engraving processes which feature the ability to re-produce your artwork in the finest quality colour or traditional black & white.

This makes it possible to reproduce logos & graphics with high precision on mediums such as badges, trophies, adhesive discs, wall plaques, rubber stamps, and so on.

Existing Artwork | Custom Artwork

Existing Artwork Hard-copy Artwork If you only have a hard-copy (paper) version of your artwork, bring it into our Bayswater store for scanning. Depending on the quality of your hard-copy we may need to clean up the scan to improve reproduction, so a one-time artwork set-up fee may apply.	Electronic Graphic Files: Existing graphic files should be of a good quality and resolution, in the following preferred formats: CorelDraw "cdr" format (version 7 or higher) Adobe Illustrator "ai" wmf eps quality bitmap formats such as "bmp", "tif", and "jpg".
Please note, to avoid clogging our e-mail server, if your image file size is considerably large (i.e. over 5Mb), we urge you to write the file to a USB flash drive or CD, and then deliver to us personally or by post.

Custom Artwork

Although we are not a design house, we can provide basic graphic design assistance where special artwork is required.

A one-time setup fee of $50.00 (incl. GST) may apply if you need us to prepare artwork for you, or clean up existing artwork to improve the engraving quality. Once we have a useful version of your graphic we will keep it on file for your future use. Please inform us personally if you do not wish us to keep your artwork on file.

If applicable, we will advise on cost when we receive artwork (e-mail preferred).
