1. Browse our range
Choose a product area from the menu. Individual
products are displayed with photo and pricing where available.
2. Place an order or request a quote
Simply contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail,
or visit us in person - you're welcome any time.
When you order, we will need to know the following things:
- Your name and the organisation you represent
- A telephone number (mobiles are ok) and an e-mail address if convenient
- Product codes, colours and quantities
- The details you want us to engrave onto your awards
- A time-frame or date by which you would like to receive your order.
Most orders can be filled within a week - large orders by arrangement.
As a rule,
we
do not
offer on-the-spot engraving.
Same-day
engraving may be possible,
please contact us
first!
Engraving is additional on products such as trophies, cups,
medallions, giftware, etc. Pricing is shown where applicable and
available. If you're not sure whether the cost shown includes engraving,
or you just want a quote, please get in touch.
3. Collect your order, or have it delivered
- Please call ahead before you come to collect an order.
During busier times of the year we may need to finish an order on the morning of the day
it is due. A quick call to us can save you time having to wait or return
later in the day.
- If your order is required early on the pick-up day,
please let us know this when you place the order.
- If you want your order delivered by post or courier, please let us
know when you place the order.
Shipping will attract additional costs.
Specialty Awards & Trophies (Bayswater) closed business mid 2011. Lifetime
Trophies & Engraving is a sister store to Specialty Awards and part of the
same parent company.
The closure of Specialty Awards & Trophies (Bayswater) has created
a huge hole for prompt, professional and reliable awards supply within the local
Bayswater area. Lifetime Trophies &
Engraving understands this dilemma and extends an invitation to all ex-Specialty Awards customers to get in
touch with us to organise a continuation of service and supply.
All artwork and much of the order information gathered by Specialty Awards
over the past few years will be accessible on a permanent basis by Lifetime
Trophies & Engraving. So there's no reason why we can't continue to
supply awards and trophies for your organisation, especially where previous
years' information and artwork is required to simplify the order process.
Lifetime Trophies & Engraving has also recruited staff from Specialty
Awards and Trophies who are familiar with the ex-Bayswater customers, so when
you call, or come to visit us, there will be someone on hand who can assist you
with current and past orders previously managed by Specialty Awards.
And finally, if our Camberwell location is a bit too "far out" for
you to make a visit in person, we are happy to take orders by phone, e-mail, and
fax, and can make arrangements to have orders delivered directly to your door.
We are happy to supply tax invoices for all customers who were accustomed to
this service from Specialty Awards.
